i think that the HDB flats will be also be seen underground
due to s'pore shortage of land space
unless they get to dump more rubbish into the sea
with a mixture of cement, concrete and soil
put in an oven bake it over 1000000000000000 degree Celsius
you will get a fresh new smelling piece of RECLAIMED LAND!!!
they just make it sound so nice that as if they found a new piece of land but it was never there... -.-
so actually if you go to vivocity
you are standing on top of a rubbish dump
it's just more urban and not so 'fresh' smelling ;)
